Willemstad, May 22, 2025 – VIGOR has initiated a series of sourcing efforts aimed at maximizing the operational capacity of the Bullenbaai terminal while ensuring the delivery of safe, sustainable, and high-quality services to prospective clients.

As announced earlier, this initial phase of operations concentrates on maximizing the facility’s capacity, encompassing the first three years of the thirty-year operational period.

Procurement has been initiated for key operational areas including site cleaning and grounds maintenance, essential Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) materials—such as fire water engines—as well as construction, building, electrical works, and inspection services. These essential activities are scheduled for execution in June, with further sourcing initiatives expected to roll out in the near future.

VIGOR continues to expand its strategic service offerings at Bullenbaai, working closely with 2BAYS to provide storage and blending operations, as well as vessel maintenance and berthing services.
